So there are no surprises, I believe in being open and transparent about all fees and prices.

You will find appointment prices listed beside each appointment type as you book and a quick view version in the chart below.

We are very upfront that we DO charge cancellation fees for ALL late cancellations and for failure to attend an appointment, please read the policy below carefully as you are agreeing to these T&Cs when you book an appointment with us.

Fee changes to the price list are implemented annually.

Fees & Admin Charges

APPOINTMENT FEES

Patients may attend as often or as infrequently as they wish; pricing is based on regular attendance.

New Patient Appointments are required for your first visit to the clinic regardless of the treatment required; or if more than six months have passed since your last visit.

Follow-up appointments for routine chiropody within six months are £55.

Follow-up appointments for specialist treatments are as listed below.

  1. NEW PATIENT APPOINTMENT £80

    Everyone’s first appointment. For all new patients or those who have not attended in six months.

  2. STANDARD APPOINTMENT £55

    This is a follow on appointment that is suitable for most people. Treatment is bespoke to your foot health needs within the appointment time, but may include: nails cut and filed, thick or fungal nails reduced, problematic nails resected., hard skin (callus) removed, & corns enucleated. This £55 follow-up applies within 6 months of your last visit; after 6 months, appointments are charged at the new patient rate (£80).

  3. PLASMA SUBLIMATION £80

    Verrucae (wart) treatment by vaporisation with plasma. Please read the verrucae information page for more details.

  4. FUNGAL NAIL FENESTRATION £80

    Microholes to aid with penetration of antifungal products through the nail. Please read the fungal nail page for more details.

PAYMENTS

Pre-payment is required for all appointments. You will be asked for payment during the booking process.

A £5 non-refundable booking fee is included in the appointment fee.

CANCELLATIONS / RESCHEDULING

RESCHEDULING:

With more than 24 hours notice - your appointment, and its attached prepayment, can just be moved for you if you contact me directly as instructed above

Please do NOT book a new appointment yourself as the £5 fee is incurred for each appointment booked online

With less than 24 hours notice - the £5 booking fee and the £30 late cancellation fee will be incurred

The balance of your prepaid fee will automatically be refunded & a new appointment will need to be booked.

CANCELLATIONS - WITHOUT REBOOKING:

Cancellations with more than 24 hours notice incurs the £5 non-refundable admin and booking fee

Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment time will incur both the £5 fee and a £30 late cancellation fee.

The balance of your prepaid fee will automatically be refunded.

IF SOMETHING DOESN’T FEEL RIGHT - REVIEW APPOINTMENT POLICY:

If you have any concerns following your appointment,

please contact us within 3 calendar days, no later than 5:00 PM on the third day.

If appropriate, we will offer you a complimentary review appointment to address the issue.

You will be offered up to three available appointment slots to choose from.

If you contact us after the 3-day window, a standard paid appointment will be required.
